At last week’s Peekskill Conservation Advisory Council meeting, the group unveiled their Environment Justice Survey here, created in conjunction with a number of other organizations in the area. 

The brief survey asks residents to answer seven questions about concerns they have regarding the environment in Peekskill, from their homes to their neighborhoods. The CAC is partnering with the Climate Justice Committee of the Peekskill NAACP, the City of Peekskill Parks Board, Sustainable Westchester and the Cortlandt-Peekskill Anti-Racist Coalition (CPARC). 

Once information is gathered the group plans on hosting a forum to discuss the concerns.
