When Peekskill Senior Citizens returned to the Nutrition Center at the Neighborhood Center a few weeks ago, County Executive George Latimer was there to greet them and welcome them back to in-person gathering with a song. County Legislator Colin Smith joined them along Councilwoman Pat Riley and Rotary Club President Luis Segarra who gave each of them a gift of hand sanitizer.
