Ready to show off polished headlights and flawless bodywork, local motor enthusiasts are revving up for a new edition of Westchester Cars & Coffee, on Sunday, June 22. HQ Auto Vault at 7 John Walsh Boulevard across from Charles Point Park will host the gathering, which is expected to feature more than 200 automobiles.
The event is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. and will run for at least two hours. A wide variety of vehicles will be on display: classic, sports, luxury, electric, and gasoline-powered cars. The event is open to the public, requires no prior registration, and is not divided into specific categories. The common goal is to enjoy a pleasant time surrounded by a shared passion for automobiles.
The gathering this Sunday (June 22) is part of a regular series of meetings organized by Westchester Cars & Coffee, a community that has had a permanent home in Peekskill since 2020. Previously, from 2012, it was based in Yorktown. The format is dynamic: conversation, coffee, and walking tours to see the cars. Enthusiasts and organizers agree that it is an activity for the entire family.

All types of vehicles and levels of automotive knowledge are welcome. However, the rules are non-negotiable, according to those in charge of the event. Reckless maneuvers, loud engine revving, and excessive noise upon entering or exiting the premises are strictly prohibited. The priority is to ensure safety and preserve the space as a community meeting point.
Since January 2025, HQ Auto Vault has operated as a premium storage facility for collectible cars and is expected to add an electric and gasoline go-kart track later this year. Its strategic location in the industrial park along the Hudson River has contributed to the steady growth of both the event and its local community.
Many of the auto enthusiasts are also active members of the Peekskill community and participate in parallel activities such as donation drives, charitable events, and school exhibitions.
