January is when we’re thinking about our health and setting goals for the new year. Whether it’s taking care of our mental health or our physical health, 2025 is the year to take better care of your health, mind, body and soul. That is why the Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce has created its first Health and Wellness Fair.
On Friday, January 24 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Premier Athletic Club, at 2127 Albany Post Road in Montrose, over 20 local vendors will be in attendance promoting health and wellness opportunities for 2025. Throughout the event, each vendor will have an opportunity to talk about their business. In addition, from 1 p.m.to 1:30 p.m., there will be a panel discussion with Dr. Michelle Adams of Quantum Healing and Wellness; Kimberly Sevilla, founder and CEO of Shelter Air; Kerry Scardino, owner of Skinchanted CBD; and Sensei Tyler Smith of Go No Sen Karate. They will answer questions from moderators and attendees.
“We hope this event will give people a broad scope of ways to achieve their health goals,” said Carole Voisey, Executive Director of the Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce. “It’s also a great opportunity to support the local businesses who focus on keeping us and our loved ones well, not only physically, but in so many different ways.”
Sponsors of the Health and Wellness Fair are Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce, NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital, Premier Athletic Club in Montrose, and cannabis retailer Valley Greens in Peekskill.
