Please join us for Peekskill Herald’s Community Event “Hot News and Cold Brews” at Peekskill Coffee House on Thursday, September 7 from 3 pm-6 pm. 

Based on the support Peekskill Herald has received over the last two years, we know Peekskill residents value the existence of independent local news focused on stories that impact everyday life right here in Peekskill. 

This community event will be an opportunity to meet reporters and board members of Peekskill Herald and have a little fun.  At 4:00, local history buff, Frank Goderre will be spinning our Peekskill Herald Trivia Wheel – giving you a chance to win prizes; State Assemblywoman Dana Levenberg and State Senator Pete Harckham will be joining us as special guests; and baristas from the newly-renovated Peekskill Coffee House have created a specialty drink, inspired by our event motto.
