Thanks to former Peekskill councilman William Schmidt for pointing out that Peekskill is the second smallest city in Westchester (after Rye City) in population and after Mt. Vernon in land.  In last week’s post, I incorrectly stated that Peekskill was Westchester’s smallest city.
