Barbara Ali

Barbara Ali passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at the age of 83. She was born on May 18, 1942, to George Sinanan and Myrtle Supersad, in Penal, Trinidad, West Indies. Barbara married Reasat Ali on December 26, 1964.
In the early 1970s, they ventured beyond the Caribbean island and settled in the Bronx before moving to Lake Peekskill, NY to raise their three (3) daughters — Alison, Francine and Denise. While living in the Bronx, Barbara worked in the administration field for CBS for several years and was happily involved in the University Heights Presbyterian Church before joining the Peekskill Presbyterian Church.
She loved singing, bookkeeping, gardening, baking, and her arts and crafts.
She leaves behind her daughters and two grandsons and has joined her late husband in the house of the Lord.

Orsola Daletto

With great love and deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Orsola Misale Daletto, who peacefully went to heaven on August 27, 2025, surrounded by her devoted family.
Born on November 16, 1933, in Palmi, a province of Reggio Calabria, Italy, Orsola was the beloved daughter of Carmelo Misale and Natalina Bovero. She grew up in a large and loving family with her seven brothers and sisters.
At the age of 20, she immigrated to the United States, where she began a new life and started a family with her husband, Anthony Daletto.
From an early age, Orsola embodied resilience, generosity, and unwavering devotion. She carried her Italian heritage with pride, working tirelessly to preserve its traditions. Holidays, Sunday dinners, and family gatherings were more than just events-they were joyful celebrations that brought generations together.
To Orsola, family was everything. Her steadfast love created a sense of belonging for everyone who entered her home. Her delicious meals, cherished stories, and sage advice will be deeply missed.
Orsola was a pillar of strength and a source of wisdom and comfort. Her nurturing spirit, attentive ear, and boundless care leave a lasting impact on all who knew her.
